Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our operation time is 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri.
Package damaged upon arrival
If you find that the package is damaged, please make sure to inspect the screen protector before installation. Do not install if you find cracks, send us an email with pictures of the shipping box and the screen protector. We will send another shipment after verifying. Please note that we won't consider it as shipping damage if you have a cracked screen protector installed on your device.

If part of your order is not available, we will contact you via email and confirm if we should ship them separately.
