How We Make Sapphire Magic Happen
1. Crystal Growth
We use the HEM method to grow synthetic sapphire crystals. It’s the most reliable way, and it takes about 21 days.
2. Sawing
We shape the sapphire with diamond-coated saw, which takes around 1 day.
3. Wire Cutting
The crystal will be sliced by diamond coated wires, which will take another day to finish.
4. Polishing
Each piece is polished for 6 days to make it perfectly clear.
5. Oleophobic Coating
Add optical and anti-fingerprint coatings.
6. Finishing Touches
Finally, apply the best adhesive for sapphire.
